VHS Polycase Wrap Dimensions
The printed insert for a clear polypropylene VHS case, which holds the artwork behind a transparent outer sleeve rather than wrapping around the case.

The default fits the standard single-tape polycase. A Double VHS preset widens the spine for the two-tape case; measure your case and set the panel and spine sizes for anything else.

Printing

- Matte cardstock, 300 gsm
Folds cleanly and holds its shape around a case. Sometimes sold as 12pt or 100lb cover, but searching by gsm is more reliable. Lighter stock folds more easily but feels flimsier; score the fold lines first so 300 gsm does not crack.
