Blu-ray Slipcover Dimensions
The outer cardboard sleeve that slides over a Blu-ray case. Wider than the cover insert because it wraps the case rather than sitting inside it.

The default is the official o-card die line for a standard case; UK cases run a 15mm spine. Panel width is the front panel — the back is 1mm narrower and a fixed 15mm glue flap rides the far edge.

Printing

Folds cleanly and holds its shape around a case. Sometimes sold as 12pt or 100lb cover, but searching by gsm is more reliable. Lighter stock folds more easily but feels flimsier; score the fold lines first so 300 gsm does not crack.
