Steel Case Dimensions
The three pieces of a steel case laid out flat — back panel, spine strip and front panel with rounded corners, one continuous artwork across all three — printed as a wrap for a blank Blu-ray or DVD steel case (with an optional vinyl wrap overage) or as the inside artwork that lines the open case.

Four panel layouts off the community steelbook template: Blu-ray (136 x 172mm panels, the G2 / 4K / game size), DVD (136 x 191mm, the older G1), and the inside artwork for each. Wrap bleed (on by default) adds about 7.6mm around each panel (3.8mm along the hinge) for vinyl; turn it off for a print that stops at the panel edge. Makers vary by a millimeter or two, so measure yours.

Printing

Folds cleanly and holds its shape around a case. Sometimes sold as 12pt or 100lb cover, but searching by gsm is more reliable. Lighter stock folds more easily but feels flimsier; score the fold lines first so 300 gsm does not crack.
